Gemstone Sluice

No reservations required – Open 8am to 4pm daily (arrive by 3pm)

The Gemstone Sluice is a very popular activity for visitors of all

ages and abilities.  Located next to one of our ponds in a secluded

valley & adjacent to the Tailings Area.  The Sluice is 100ft. long &

shaded for your comfort with seating available along one side. 

We provide you with a pail of gemstone bearing material & a

screening box which you swish in the water filled sluice.   

The gemstones are revealed for you to pick out.

 

Your pail will contain many popular gemstones, that depending on

your choice may include: Aquamarine, Ruby, Garnet, Opal,

Tourmaline, Quartz Crystal, Amethyst, Emerald or others

Easy Pickens Pail $5.00 (this is an add-on item only)

Fee Per Family - one time “Use Fee” of $4.50 for the day
